Marketing Campaign Manager


Role Overview 


The Campaign Manager will be responsible for ideating, developing and delivering integrated
marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences and achieve
defined business and communication objectives. The role requires a combination of creative
thinking, content development, project management and performance analysis. The selected
candidate will manage campaigns from initial concept through execution and reporting,
coordinating content, design, production, social media and stakeholder requirements. The
individual should have prior experience contributing to major campaigns for established brands
and be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, agencies, vendors and internal
stakeholders within demanding timelines.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop campaign ideas, creative concepts and communication approaches aligned
with brand, marketing and business objectives.
● Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, events,
advertising and other relevant channels.
● Translate campaign objectives into detailed briefs, messaging frameworks, content
plans, timelines and execution roadmaps.
● Write and edit campaign content, including headlines, social media copy,
advertisements, scripts, articles, presentations and promotional materials.
● Guide the creative and design process by briefing designers, reviewing concepts and
ensuring that final assets meet campaign requirements.
● Oversee campaign production, including photography, video, digital assets, print
materials, event collateral and other creative outputs.
● Manage social media platforms, content calendars, publishing schedules and campaign
activations across relevant channels.
● Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, production partners, media vendors and other
external stakeholders.
● Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and in accordance with approved
budgets.
● Manage campaign budgets, supplier quotations, purchase requirements and expenditure
tracking.
● Monitor campaign delivery and resolve executional issues, delays or quality concerns.
● Track campaign performance using engagement, reach, conversion, lead generation
and other relevant metrics.

● Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries and recommendations for future
improvements.
● Conduct market, audience, competitor and content trend research to inform campaign
planning.
● Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone of voice, visual standards and
communication guidelines.
● Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to
detail and quality.
 


Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Media or a
related discipline.
● Relevant professional experience in campaign management, brand marketing,
advertising, digital marketing or integrated communications.
● Demonstrated experience planning and managing major campaigns for recognized
brands or large organizations.
● Strong ability to develop campaign ideas, creative concepts, messaging and content
plans.
● Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across digital, social, advertising and
long-form content.
● Experience briefing and guiding designers, creative teams, production partners and
agencies.
● Understanding of photography, video production, graphic design, digital content and
campaign asset development.
● Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars and publishing
workflows.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, vendors
and multiple deliverables.
● Experience monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports using relevant
marketing metrics.
● Familiarity with social media management, analytics, digital marketing and collaboration
tools.

● Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
