Role and responsibilities:
- Project management platform ownership: Manage our project management platform for campaign planning, progress tracking, and generating insights using built-in analytics capabilities.
- Campaign oversight: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring workflows are followed, stakeholders are engaged, and deliverables are met on time.
- Analytics and reporting: Use platform analytics tools to track campaign performance, monitor SLAs, and provide insights through detailed reporting.
- Project scheduling: Create and manage schedules, ensuring deadlines and projects are successfully delivered.
- Workflow improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements based on campaign data and analytics, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Capacity planning and forecasting: Assist in forecasting future workload and manage team capacity for optimal resource allocation.
- Documentation and playbooks: Maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation, including creating playbooks for all users to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
- Tool support and guidance: Provide support and advice to teams using the project management platform, acting as the primary liaison with platform support when necessary.
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced work with tight deadlines.
- Expertise in project management tools, focusing on using analytics for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand project requirements with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing inputs from multiple stakeholders while focusing on the project’s goals.
- Calm and effective in high-pressure situations, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 5+ years of experience in a campaign or project management role.
- Experience working in global organizations across different time zones is preferred.
