Coordinate cross-project activities, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks across projects.
Ensure resource allocation is optimized for efficiency and productivity.
Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices across projects.
Spearhead the fulfillments working with Customers, TAG, RM, cross functional teams to onboard the new resources
Communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management to provide status updates and manage expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience as a project manager / program manager or in similar managerial roles.
Strong understanding of project and program management principles (PMP or PgMP certification is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines across complex initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
