Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) are highly desirable.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in compensation and benefits management roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Experience working in multinational environments and managing global C&B programs is a plus.

Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and compensation analytics tools.
