Manager - Client services

 Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI and ML initiatives from ideation to deployment and adoption.
Develop detailed project plans, delivery timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, data scientists, data engineers, and product owners.
Ensure all AI deliverables meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Partner with business leaders to understand needs, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into solution requirements.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Provide thought leadership on AI strategy, feasibility, ROI, and innovation pathways.
Communicate complex AI concepts in simple terms for non‑technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with AI architects to define solution blueprints and technical approaches.
Validate model design, data strategy, integration patterns, and MLOps practices.
Oversee experimentation, prototyping, and pilot phases to ensure alignment with business goals.
Support implementation of responsible AI principles, security standards, and ethical guidelines.
Manage risks related to data privacy, bias, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to organizational delivery frameworks and documentation standards.
Develop change management strategies to ensure successful AI solution adoption.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.

8+ years of experience in technology consulting, program delivery, or AI/ML solution implementation.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, data engineering, generative AI, analytics).
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment workflows.
Experience delivering generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or RAG pipelines.
Industry certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Cloud Architect, AI certifications).
Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
