Mainframe Senior Lead
9-10 Years of exp in Mainframe Technologies(COBOL/JCL/VSAM/DB2/IMS-DB/CICS etc)Work closely with Wealth Management product owners, business analysts, and architects to understand functional and regulatory requirements.
Design, develop, and enhance mainframe applications supporting Wealth Management functions such as client onboarding, account management, transaction processing, reporting, and advisor platforms.
Analyze existing batch and online programs to implement enhancements, defect fixes, and performance improvements.
Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on solution approaches and feasibility.
Ensure application changes align with architectural standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
Perform impact analysis for requested changes across upstream and downstream systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to program logic, data flows, and interfaces.
Support unit testing and coordinate with QA teams during system and user acceptance testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Support release activities, production deployments, and post-release validation.
Provide production support, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
Collaborate with distributed system teams for integrations and data exchanges.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and development best practices
