Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.12 years of experience in technical program or project management.Proven experience with mainframe technologies (e.g., COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, VSAM).Strong hands-on understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and networking/security features.Experience leading modernization/migration projects from mainframe to cloud.Familiarity with agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid program management approaches.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
