Legal Counsel - Associate Manager

·                3-5 years' experience at a tier 1 or tier 2 law firm;

·                Full time opportunity.

·                Reputable law school

·                Excellent writing and communication skills;

·                Excellent work ethic, dedicated, intelligent with a hunger to learn;

·                Ambitious with a desire to work on international deals (these roles are US/UK/Europe focussed);

·                We are prepared to invest in the individuals and teach them - we accept that they are likely to require at least 2 years of teaching until they are fully productive;

·                Should have solid corporate/IT/IP experience - not litigation;

·                Ideally, we do not want to hire from in-house but would consider those with experience at a global tech organisation e.g. Cognizant.
