Key Responsibilities

-Design MDM/UEM architecture and policies Implement advanced security
-Conditional Access, Zero Trust concepts
-Automate processes using PowerShell / Python / APIs
-Integrate MDM with:Email (Exchange Online), IAM, SIEM tools
-Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Mentor L1/L2 teams
