Lead QA Engineer - Automation & AI
The QA Lead (AI) is responsible for leading quality assurance activities with a focus on test automation and AI-enabled testing solutions. The role ensures high-quality software delivery by designing automated test frameworks, applying AI-driven testing approaches, and guiding QA teams in implementing efficient testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities and oversee test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Implement and enhance AI-driven testing approaches to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Guide and mentor QA engineers on automation and testing best practices.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in QA with strong focus on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and web application testing.
- Understanding of AI-assisted testing tools or intelligent test automation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
