Lead QA Engineer - Automation

3 years of experience leading team of 5 team members

3 years of experience in Automation ATDD framework implementation

3 years of Experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train/Value Stream

2 years experience in testing REST services

Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse along with Source Control Systems such as git

Thorough understanding of SDLC specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments

Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops

Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience

Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines

4 year bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent
