Lead Data Engineer
The Data Lead is responsible for leading data-related initiatives, ensuring data quality, and supporting the development of data solutions that enable business insights and decision-making. The role collaborates with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to manage data processes and deliver reliable data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis and data management activities across projects.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Support the design and implementation of data pipelines and data models.
- Guide and mentor data analysts or engineers within the team.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Good analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
