We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager, Global Marketing to oversee high-impact initiatives across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions. This role requires a proven track record in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication, with a focus on inbound funnel optimization and conversion rate improvements within the technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing presentations, outcome reports, dashboards, and budget sheets, as well as managing multiple senior management and CXO-level stakeholders. Utilizing project management best practices and tools, this individual will ensure successful execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives and maintain proactive engagement with finance teams to optimize resource allocation. They will also collaborate with global teams to drive data-driven decisions, fostering alignment and transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Project Management:
    • Plan, execute, and finalize projects within tight deadlines and budget constraints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Utilize industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Wrike, JIRA, Monday.com) and best practices to oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with senior management and CXO-level stakeholders across multiple regions (US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC) to understand business needs and deliver on project goals.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain presentations, outcome reports, and executive dashboards to track project performance and progress.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage and track project budgets, including resource allocation and expense forecasting.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and policies.
  • Inbound Funnel Optimization:
    • Oversee inbound marketing funnels for technology-focused campaigns, improving conversion rates and refining funnel stages based on data-driven insights.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to implement strategies that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure cohesive project execution and integrated marketing efforts.
    • Maintain proactive communication channels to foster alignment, transparency, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in project management, marketing, or related roles within a global organization.
    • Proven success managing complex, multi-regional projects and budgets.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, JIRA, Asana).
    • Strong data analytics skills and familiarity with dashboard/reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
    • Experience in inbound funnel management and conversion rate optimization within the technology industry.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft executive-level reports.
    • Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate and negotiate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
