Lead Business Analyst

6+ years of experience in business analysis and product owner roles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on big data and ETL projects.
Should work closely with business users in understanding BRD and converting into technical document and then explain it to Development team for the implementation.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.
Write detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for data-centric projects.
Define and refine product backlogs to align with data integration and analytics objectives. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Work with agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data products.
Should have very good communication skills Prior experience on Recovery and Resolution Planning in Banking domain is Mandatory.


Business Support
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in project throughout SDLC phase
Required Skills:



Resource should be having 7+ years of experience working in Banking Domain as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding and experience in working with Agile frameworks and hands on Scrum.
Proficiency in using Jira.
Should have strong understanding of Business Process and SDLC.
Must have excellent analytical Skills, with Problem solving skills , Curious and Inquisitive nature and shows attention to details.
Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and have capability to perform data analysis. ETL Project experience will be an added advantage.
Must have Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Experience working on Anti Money Laundering area is added advantage.
Knowledge on AML and working on Compliance / Regulatory domain , multi-year consent order type efforts will be an added advantage.
Should be an excellent team player and should be ready to learn new things.
Experience in managing testing (UAT).
Nice to have skills: Working experience with Oracle SQL background.
Experience in international and multicultural environment.
