We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst with 8+ years of banking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO MX/SWIFT MT (1,2,9 Series) for payment domains such as RTGS/CBFT/BKT. They should also have a deep understanding of access clearing specifications on ISO MX versus standard CBPR+ build and MT-MX translations. In addition, the candidate should have extensive experience in ISO20022 implementation, specifically in high value payments, low value payments, sanctions, regulatory and compliance, and cross border payments. Knowledge and experience with payments product processors is also required. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the success of our payment projects and ensuring that they meet all necessary standards and regulations. This is a hybrid role, with both remote and in-office work.
