Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Utilize SharePoint to design, implement, and manage workflows and document libraries.Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Prepare detailed functional specifications and user stories.Assist in user acceptance testing UAT and training end-users on SharePoint functionalities.Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in projects involving SharePoint.Strong understanding of SharePoint features, including lists libraries workflows and permissions.Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
