6+ years relevant technical work experience, at least 3+ developing and implementing Conversational AI.
Experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI, Intent identification and LLM development along with Business View is an added advantage
Telecom or CRM related experience & services or other related industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages.
Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) and understanding (NLU) models to enhance the accuracy and context of user interactions.
Implement and improve dialogue management systems to create seamless and contextually relevant conversations.
Integrate conversational AI solutions with external systems, APIs, and databases to retrieve and update information as needed.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of conversational AI applications to ensure functionality and performance meet or exceed requirements.
Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
Solid knowledge of dialogue management, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
Experience integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
