L2/L3 Support + DevOps Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
- L2/L3 hands-on production support experience.
- Strong understanding and Troubleshooting experience in Linux environments.
- Understand the process and technical complexities of performing application builds, deployments, and releases.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, management and incident response
- Experience in trouble ticket management tools and working with Incidents within the SLA.
- Overall understanding of Change Management Process (ServiceNow, JIRA) including the stakeholder management.
- Experience in monitoring tools and configurations. (splunk, App Dynamics)
- Manage cross-functional requirements working with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments
- Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production
- Experience using unix, scripting languages (shell, perl etc)
- Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve operational practices and procedures
- Knowledge about release automation (Jenkins, etc), system administration, system configuration, and system debugging experience
- Strong knowledge on source code repository (GIT/Bitbucket) including branching and merging strategies
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong and Clear communication skills.
- Understanding of AI & ML.
