Kotlin Engineers

We are looking for highly experienced Kotlin Engineers who can work independently end- to-end, take ownership of complex problems, and deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast- moving environments. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Kotlin-based applications (backend and/or Android, depending on project needs). ● Own features from requirement understanding to design, implementation, testing, and release. ● Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable Kotlin code following best practices. ● Independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. ● Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) while operating with minimal oversight. ● Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and code reviews. ● Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of solutions. ● Document designs, decisions, and implementation details clearly. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin (5+ years preferred). ● Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables. ● Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts. ● Experience with ○ RESTful APIs and service integration ○ Asynchronous programming (coroutines, flows) ○ Unit testing and test automation ● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Experience with ● Android development (Jetpack, MVVM, Compose) Backend development using Kotlin (Ktor, Spring Boot) Cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices ● Exposure to performance tuning, observability, and monitoring. ● Prior experience working on large-scale or enterprise systems.
