Java Support

We are looking for a mid-level engineer for the same:
•            Provide mid-level technical support (L2) for applications primarily built using Java with basic front-end technologies.
•            Investigate and resolve application, performance, and integration issues through systematic troubleshooting.
•            Analyze and debug issues related to REST APIs and gRPC-based microservices communication.
•            Perform log analysis, root cause identification, and recommend preventive measures.
•            Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
•            Manage incidents, change requests, and problem tickets while meeting defined SLAs.
•            Support deployments, configuration changes, and environment-related troubleshooting.
•            Maintain clear documentation and contribute to process and system improvements.
