We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting real-time payment solutions within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java , PLSQL ,experience in Web Technologies, and familiarity with databases. This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and working within a Linux in production environment.

Responsibility

Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly
Taking ownership and responding to open support tickets
Closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements
