Java Spring boot developer

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing and maintaining Java-based applications that include REST services, Batch processes
Work with development leads , System Architects and other teams (as needed) to manage dependencies, risks and issues
Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
Participate in code reviews and complete automated unit testing
Support testers and defect resolution
Writing testable, scalable and efficient code
Maintain up to date code documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 5 Years of experience in designing and developing web services, Batch applications using Java, Spring framework
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing REST services using Spring Boot
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing application using Spring Batch
Minimum 3 years of experience in writing SQL/procedures using SQL Server or Oracle
Experience in developing and consuming SOAP and REST services.
Experience in Spring Security
Experience in unit testing frameworks like jUnit, Mockito
Experience in Cucumber framework is nice to have
Experience in using ORM frameworks like myBatis and Hibernate
Experience in using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Knowledge of AWS batch is nice to have
Experience in creating design documentation using UML
