Java Project Manager

Experience - 10-15
Mandate is that Must have the 1 or 2 project execution experience in Java with Banking domain.
Prior experience in managing Java projects is must.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
Minimum of 10 years of career experience out of which minimum 3 years should as developer & 5 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach
Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Experience with JIRA and JIRA Agile.
Technical & Project Management certifications are desired.
