Java - Project Manager

Job Description:

• Experience: 12+ years of experience in delivery management and project management within the banking industry, with demonstrated success managing banking delivery projects.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong end-to-end banking domain experience, particularly in delivering banking platform projects in wealth management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, Agile, and CMMI quality procedures along with familiarity with banking technology stacks.
• Leadership Skills: Skilled in team, stakeholder, and customer management, with the ability to handle governance meetings, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead large, diverse teams.
• Soft Skills: Effective communicator with strong relationship management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and vendor management abilities.
• Nice to Have:  Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFE Agile or relevant certification is an advantage.
