IT Infrastructure Manager

Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments. Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and infrastructure services.
Perform server provisioning, OS upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.
Manage storage solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE) and backup platforms such as Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas NetBackup.
Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) procedures.
Collaborate with network, security, database, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
