Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Business Unit HR team in day-to-
day HR activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in
employee engagement, HR operations, and HR reporting.


Key Responsibilities
● Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
● Maintain HR records and trackers.
● Coordinate employee connects and activities.
● Assist in employee engagement programs and events.
● Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
● Respond to basic employee queries and provide administrative support.
● Work with the BUHR team on various HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, and
Google Docs)
● Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality.
