We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology solutions across multiple projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and operations, ensuring on-time, high quality, and cost-effective delivery. This role requires a blend of strong technical acumen, agile project management expertise, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end to end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps) to define technical requirements and deliverables.
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical delivery and status reporting to stakeholders.
Implement and advocate for agile and DevOps best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
Drive resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination when needed.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of changes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management or software engineering leadership roles.
Proven track record delivering complex IT or software projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
Ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions around system architecture, integrations, and performance Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
