Informatica Powercenter Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ETL/Informatica Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica PowerCenter, with expertise in developing advanced mappings and workflows. Knowledge of AWS is a plus. This role involves performance tuning, error handling, and providing production support for ETL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Optimize performance of ETL workflows and mappings.
• Implement error handling and rerun strategies for batch jobs.
• Perform SQL query optimization and data analysis, preferably with DB2.
• Utilize Linux shell scripting for automation and job orchestration.
• Manage batch scheduling, including job dependencies and controls.
• Establish data controls and reconciliation frameworks.
• Provide production support for Informatica batch jobs and downstream reporting processes.
• Conduct incident analysis, impact assessment, and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in migration and modernization initiatives, including re-engineering and decommissioning legacy components.
