IBM OpenPage Administrator

IBM OpenPages Administrator OpenPages Consultant.
This role will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IBM OpenPages GRC platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with OpenPages modules, and a solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles, helping D&B to centralize and manage risk, compliance, and governance processes within a single environment.

Skills and Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM OpenPages in an enterprise environment.
OpenPages Expertise: Deep understanding of OpenPages modules, functionality, and best practices.

GRC Knowledge: Solid understanding of GRC frameworks and their application in corporate environments.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into OpenPages solutions.
Project Management: Experience managing OpenPages implementation projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in areas such as data modeling, scripting, and integration.
Proven experience configuring OpenPages modules such as Internal Audit, Financial Controls, and Third-Party Risk.
Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics for report and dashboard creation.
Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Terraform, and DevOps.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in incident and change management.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
