IBM BPM Developer

Experience:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM / BAW Development

·        Should have good experience of developing complex processes

·        Should have experience in developing End to End solution

·        Should have good experience on consuming REST APIs

Technical Skills:

·        Should be expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework

·        Should be experienced in  CSHS and integration services

·        Should be experienced with BPD design

·        Should have knowledge on process application deployments

·        Should have experience on Oracle RDBMS and integration with IBM BPM

·        Advance knowledge on events and gateways

·        Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM

·        Should be expert in exception handelling at process and servoce level.

Functional Skills:

·        Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred

·        Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices

·        Experience in Agile methodology

·        Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization

·        Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
