Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with sales and commercial teams to understand client needs.
- Engage directly with clients to provide technical credibility, understanding their requirements, constraints, and aspirations.
- Maintain close relationships with technology capability, service lines, and offers teams.
Solution Design & Recommendation:
- Design and recommend appropriate technology solutions in alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Ensure solutions are technically viable, innovative, and in line with our offerings.
Sales Support & Credibility:
- Support sales teams by providing technical expertise during client meetings and proposals.
- Be responsible for proactive proposal generation with an aim to drive increased order bookings.
Domain Knowledge:
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Payer/Provider/healthtech or Pharma/MedTech
- Possess multi-domain experience and a deep understanding of multiple technologies.
- Exposure to AI at an enterprise level
Continuous Learning & Development:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with peers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain intricate technical details accessibly.
- Collaboration: Ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple teams across Virtusa and drive alignment.

- Language: Must have fluent English (written/spoken)
- For Munich based PSA only: Must have fluent German (written/spoken) as well as an excellent command of English (written/spoken)
- Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in recognized Enterprise/Solution Architecture methodologies or frameworks.
- Proven experience as a senior solution architect in a software engineering/IT service environment.
- Track record of driving sales through technology consulting, advisory, and solutioning.
