This includes operationalizing the home environment, ensuring proper learning and development tracks, certifications, proactive hiring and rotations. The competency leader also activated communities and guilds within the team. The competency leader ensured delivery success for consulting-led engagements and looks to harvest best practices, frameworks and tools. Key Attributes Ability to work collaboratively across a team and influence behaviour Ability to manage tasks to completion across functions Excellent communicator and natural leader, leads by example Experience in building, training and developing competency Experience in building and activating communities, guilds etc Responsibilities Institutionalize a ‘Home’ for consulting team members Leads the competency development and career progression framework Ensures proactive hiring, rotations, allocation and bench management of consulting resources Harvests and develops reusable consulting frameworks, best practices and tools Activates guilds and other collaboration frameworks Participates and oversees critical consulting led engagements (delivery assurance) Supports RFI/RFP responses and analyst relations activities |
