Hiring in Vietnam : Business Analyst

1.    Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, setting standards and way of work for the team.
2.    Document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
3.    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
4.     Identify potential issues, risks, benefits, and the impact between solutions and products.
5.    Responsible for coordinating with relevant focal points to carry out change management activities."    

Required skills:

1.    At least of 10 years of experience in business analysis for digital banking products, with 5+ years as a lead.
2.    Participated in at least one (01) digital banking project for corporate customers as Business Analyst Lead in a large financial institution or bank
