Position Overview

A seasoned Senior Data Architect to lead a high-stakes Healthcare Data Reconciliation project. In this role, the resource must bridge the gap between complex hands-on engineering and high-level enterprise architecture. Resource will be responsible for architecting robust data pipelines and reconciliation frameworks that handle sensitive PII and PHI while ensuring 100% compliance with HIPAA.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership:
Design and oversee end-to-end scalable data architectures on AWS and ETL specifically for healthcare enrollment, eligibility, and claims reconciliation.

Data Reconciliation & Integrity:
Engineer high-precision automated pipelines to reconcile disparate datasets, ensuring 100% data integrity and audit excellence.

Compliance & Security:
Serve as the Compliance Guardian for the project, implementing advanced data masking, tokenization, and encryption-at-rest strategies for PII/PHI.

Modernization & Migration:
Lead technical migrations of legacy ETL workloads, evolving systems from platforms like Talend 7.3 to modern environments like Talend v8.0.

Release Orchestration:
Manage the full release lifecycle for high-concurrency platforms, coordinating environment management and resource capacity planning.

Operational Excellence:
Direct cross-functional teams across parallel workstreams using Agile/DevOps frameworks to ensure 99% on-time delivery.

Required Technical Skills

Data Engineering:
Expert-level proficiency in Talend (v7.3/8.0)

Cloud Platforms:
Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services and Snowflake

Programming:
Complex SQL, Java scripting (preferable)

Database Management:
Skilled in managing diverse environments including Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

Visualization:
Ability to architect semantic layers and Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI or MicroStrategy

DevOps:
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and enterprise orchestrators like Control-M, TAC/TMC

Qualifications

  • B. Tech degree or equivalent technical background
  • 16+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Delivery Leadership
  • Proven track record in Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid/Marketplace) data architectures
