Head of Insurance Products COE (Duckcreek)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Virtusa is seeking an experienced Insurance Products Manager to build, lead, and scale our
Duck Creek practice from the ground up, then expand to other major insurance platforms.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape the strategic direction of
our Duck Creek capabilities while remaining hands-on in delivery. The ideal candidate will
blend deep technical and functional expertise with proven project management skills to
establish best practices, create reusable artifacts, and drive successful client
implementations.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Duck Creek Technologies (Policy, Billing,
Claims, and/or other modules)
• 10+ years Deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations,
processes, and systems
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle Duck Creek implementations from
requirements through deployment
• Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage
timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
