  1. Employee separation  process- L&D offboarding clearance globally
    1. Should check dues & provide clearance accordingly
    2. If employee didn’t pay should make reminder & coordinate with BUHR for closure
    3. If absconding or cannot collect back from employee should connect with BUHR & offboarding team for closure
  2. HR SR operations – Closing service now queries ( APAC , EMEA) raised by employee for operation related queries like reference letters, leave request etc,
  3. Citi GHRO- closing on boarding citi ghro tickets globally
  4. sharing Monthly leave reports data for APAC & EMEA regions & enumerate the data with finance team inputs
  5. Apply leaves based on BUHR request for APAC & EMEA region
  6. Policy Portal Uploading & annually updating process
  7. Policy portal enhancement works & clearing out old version by replacing with updated new ones
  8. Different kinds of letter request from APAC , EMEA region
  9. Employee query solving based on offboarding, leave data, reference letter related
  10.  Supporting closure of onboarding initiation tasks assigned to APAC GHRO, EUROPEGHRO, AMERICAS GHRO
  11. Connecting with TYDY recruiters meeting for queries arise during TYDY implementation
  12. Supporting BUHR with GHRO related queries like leave, employment letters, offboarding L&D clearance dues data,
  13. Providing Transfer clearance for L&D tasks during transfer of employees
  14. Sharing leave data to BUHR based on requests
  15. Supporting for L&d offboarding clearance closure if due amount is not recovered from employee
