GenAI - Senior Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain Conversational AI models including Chat BOTs.
• Develop robust unit and integration tests using testing frameworks/ manual to guarantee code quality and application stability.
• Expertly debug and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities to enhance the product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven experience building Conversational AI models / Chat BOTs using Kore.ai platform.
• In depth understanding of Gen AI capabilities 
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks.
• Experience in Data Analytics and Python
• Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile Scrum practice.
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while contributing to a team environment.
