10–14 years’ experience with strong background in AI/ML, NLP, Chatbots, Automation & Cloud
Expertise in AWS architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, WAF, ELB, S3, EC2, IAM, Containers & DevOps tools
Strong in Microservices, REST APIs, API testing/documentation (Postman, Swagger, WSO2)
Hands-on coding with Python, Java, PySpark, Shell Scripting, Linux/AIX
Solid experience in Data Engineering & ETL (DataStage, SSIS, HDFS, OWB, Data Quality)
Strong RDBMS expertise: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Experience in monitoring & production operations (Splunk SIEM, Control-M, AWS Monitor, ITIL)
Skilled in Kore.ai / conversational AI, NLP pipelines, and Service Desk integrations
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins & CI/CD pipelines
Excellent in solution design, HLD/LLD, problem-solving & stakeholder communication
