Gen AI Senior Architect

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Architect to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a rare blend of deep technical mastery in
"Classic" Machine Learning and cutting-edge expertise in Generative AI.
As an Architect, you won't just be drawing boxes on a whiteboard; you will be the technical
lighthouse for our engineering teams and the strategic partner for our clients. You will design,
evaluate, and oversee the deployment of production-grade AI systems that solve complex, real-
world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
● Architectural Design: Lead the design of end-to-end AI solutions, with a heavy focus
on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Agentic AI frameworks
to automate complex workflows.
● Production Deployment: Oversee the transition of GenAI models from PoC to
production, ensuring scalability, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
● Technical Mentorship: You are expected to roll up your sleeves, write code, conduct
code reviews, and provide hands-on troubleshooting to unblock the engineering team.
● Evaluation & Governance: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, G-
Eval) to measure hallucinations, faithfulness, and relevance. Implement guardrails for AI
safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
● Infrastructure: Deep experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
● Governance: Proven track record in implementing AI governance, including cost
tracking, rate limiting, and compliance with emerging AI regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
● Minimum 13 years of experience in software engineering and data science, with at
least 3 years focused on GenAI.
● Proven Track Record: You must have successfully deployed at least two GenAI
applications into a high-traffic production environment.
● Leadership: Exceptional ability to hand-hold teams through technical hurdles while
maintaining high velocity.
● Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting
to C-suite executives.
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
(preferred).
