Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Developer with over 11 years of expertise to lead the transformation of our business through generative AI. This strategic technical leader will bridge the gap between traditional enterprise software engineering and the evolving landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will design and implement an 'AI-First' ecosystem that advances beyond basic chatbots to develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and executing complex business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Transform complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Design and oversee the implementation of robust, secure, and cost-effective AI systems.
• Lead initiatives that provide a competitive advantage through innovative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
• Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with AWS and its AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Expertise in software engineering principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agentic AI systems and multi-step business process automation.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards in AI implementations.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and AI frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in AI development, software engineering, or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
