Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer with over 11 years of experience to lead the transformation of our business through generative AI technologies. This role requires a strategic technical leader who can convert complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between traditional enterprise software engineering and the evolving landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an 'AI-First' ecosystem that advances beyond basic chatbots to Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and multi-step business process execution.
• Oversee the development and deployment of robust, secure, and cost-effective AI solutions that provide a competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven strategies.
• Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in generative AI and LLMs to inform strategic decisions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with AWS services and architecture.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and their applications in business.
• Expertise in software engineering principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in AI.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
