- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models and frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies to enhance system performance.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in AI ethics and data governance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in generative and agentic AI.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in designing scalable AI architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in AI architecture and development.
- Proven track record of successful AI project implementations.
