Experience in Finacle Application production support
within the ITIL Framework.
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in
Application trouble shooting, configuration
and maintenance.
Application performance tuning and
optimization
Resolution of tickets with quality and within
SLA
Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
Experience in Workflow maintenance and
Configuration.
Essential
Knowledge of Finacle Application 10x or
higher version
Complete knowledge of Loan module and the
entire life cycle
Knowledge of other modules like CASA,
Interface, EOD/BOD, etc
Hands on experienced on windows,
unix/linux, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Able t handle pressure & support critical
production issues
Willing t work extended hours during critical
incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
Acknowledging and acting on command
