Executive HR
The Human Resource Executive – Global HR Operations will work under the supervision of the Head of Human Resource Operations in Sri Lanka. This full-time role focuses on managing core HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with global HR standards, and supporting cross-regional HR processes. It offers opportunities to develop expertise in HR operations and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for employees in Sri Lanka and the Americas.
- Ensure accurate collection, verification, and maintenance of all employee onboarding documents.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate payroll inputs, including new hire information and other updates.
- Manage and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting.
- Support the coordination of employee insurance processes, including enrollments and claims, ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist in Background Verification (BGV) processes for new hires and existing employees.
- Ensure staff compliance with company HR policies and support awareness initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, practices, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Generate and present HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making.
- Provide assistance across other HR operations areas as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in HR operations.
- Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience in managing employee personal files, insurance processes, and background verification (BGV).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with tools like Power BI is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours to support the Americas region and adapt to dynamic work demands.
