Role Objectives
Key role for owning the learning cycle, right from engaging with stakeholders to understand the learning needs, curating content within a competency framework, delivering the content using innovative facilitation style and ensuring alignment with the organizational learning objectives. 
Key Responsibilities
 

  • Build strong networks with stakeholders to identify training needs, ensure timely generation of requirements, learner nominations, effectiveness reporting and feedback
     
  • Identify gaps in skills and competencies, identify main training needs and prepare the training plan for the entire organization
     
  • Conduct train the trainer modules to build internal network of trainers, ensure implementation at scale
     
  • Design customised programs for high potentials and future leaders in alignment with the organization vision and plans
     
  • Build strong external networks as the training best practice is implemented in the organization
     
  • Build the coaching and mentoring networks in the organization
     
  • Provides inputs to the Learning Strategy and the development of specific development plans
     
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
     
  • Monitor the best practices in the training area and introduce it in the organization
     
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
     
  • Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on
     
  • Prepare reports on training activities and results
     
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
     

Skills & Requirements
 

  • Excellent knowledge of talent management and career paths
     
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
     
  • Ability to conduct training needs assessment procedures
     
  • Familiarity with training techniques
     
  • Ability to research current trends and imbibe best practices in a contextual manner
     
  • Good organizational and communication skills
     
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and deliverables within the stipulated time frame
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management or relevant field
     
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role
