Executive – Marketing & Corporate Communications
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Executive – Marketing & Corporate Communications to drive strategic communication initiatives, develop engaging content, and promote user adoption for key business programs. The role blends corporate communications, marketing, user training, and adoption measurement to ensure employees are well-informed, actively engaged, and confident in using our applications and tools effectively.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged across various channels.
- Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, training materials, FAQs, and help guides to support adoption.
- Work with the design team and roll out marketing and awareness campaigns for internal initiatives.
- Conduct user training sessions (virtual and in-person) to improve knowledge and adoption rates.
- Measure campaign and communication effectiveness using analytics and key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with organizational goals and branding.
- Continuously gather feedback and improve communication methods for better engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience in corporate communications, marketing campaigns, or internal engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to create engaging content and easy-to-understand user documentation.
- Experience with training delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to analyze data and present adoption metrics effectively.
- Proficiency in communication tools, presentation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Experience working in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with internal marketing tools, intranet platforms, and LMS systems.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and audience needs.
