Executive – Digital Adoption (Process Improvement & Change Management)
We are looking for an energetic and skilled individual to drive strategic communication initiatives, develop engaging content, promote user adoption and suggest process enhancements for key business programs. The role blends business process transformation, change management, user training, campaign planning and adoption measurement to ensure Virtusa employees are well-informed, actively engaged, and confident in using our applications and tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged across various channels.
- Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, training materials, FAQs, and help guides to support adoption.
- Work with the design team and roll out awareness campaigns for internal tech initiatives.
- Conduct user training sessions (virtual and in-person) to improve knowledge and adoption rates.
- Measure campaign and communication effectiveness using analytics and key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with organizational goals and branding.
- Continuously gather feedback and improve communication methods for better engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience in process transformation, change management, internal communications, campaign planning, or internal engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to create engaging content and easy-to-understand user documentation.
- Experience with training delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Ability to analyze data and present adoption metrics effectively.
- Proficiency in communication tools, presentation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Experience working in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
