The candidate must have led major modernization programs and possess experience with Java full-stack initiatives; AWS cloud exposure is a significant plus. We are looking for a seasoned Engagement Manager/Program Manager in Columbus for a large-scale transformation program (150+ resources).The role is focused on client stakeholder management and providing delivery leadership. The candidate must have led major modernization programs and possess experience with Java full-stack initiatives; AWS cloud exposure is a significant plus. Excellent communication skills and working with senior client stakeholders is mandatory.
Solid understanding of Java full-stack initiatives; AWS cloud, AWS services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD Pileline, and Java full-stack initiatives; AWS cloud exposure is a significant plusHands-on practical experience in system/solution design, and operational stability that align with business goals and requirements considering factors like performance, security, reliability, availability, observability, and compliance.Hands-on practical experience in system/solution design, and operational stability that align with business goals and requirements considering factors like performance, security, reliability, availability, observability, and compliance.Project planning and execution: Developing project plans, defining scope and success criteria, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion.

Technical leadership: Contributing to technical architecture, participating in design reviews, and providing technical insights to guide project decisions.
