E2E Solution Designer

The E2E Designer is responsible for defining designing and delivering end to end solutions across complex business and technical ecosystems This role collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration high quality user experiences and alignment with business objectives The E2E Designer plays a key role in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient designs
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end design activities including requirement analysis solution definition architecture alignment and workflow design
Collaborate with product managers business analysts architects and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with strategic goals
Create detailed design documents process flows wireframes and system interaction diagrams
Ensure design consistency performance scalability and compliance with enterprise standards
Drive design reviews and provide guidance to development teams during implementation
Identify design gaps mitigate risks and propose improvements for existing systems and processes
Conduct impact assessments for new features or changes across upstream and downstream systems
Support testing teams by validating design coverage and ensuring functional completeness
Ensure end user experience is optimized across all touchpoints
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
6 12 years of experience in solution design system design or enterprise application development
Strong understanding of end to end system interactions APIs integration patterns and architecture principles
Proficiency in creating design artifacts such as HLD LLD process maps and technical specifications
Experience with Agile methodologies and cross functional team collaboration
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive design decisions.
