Key Responsibilities:
Need to have strong knowledge on Dynatrace and AWS.
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
Having understanding of SLA, SLO and SLI key metrics.
Gather and analyze metrics from applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
Having good knowledge on AWS services like API gateway, Lambda, Kibana, Cloudwatch, Dynamo DB, S3.
Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
